Here, physical medicine, interventional pain management, neurology, and neurosurgery work as one team, with board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians sharing a single plan for your care.
We start with the least-invasive treatment that can work and recommend surgery only when it is the right answer. When it is, the surgeon already knows your history, imaging, and test results.

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Physiatry restores how you move and function after injury, surgery, or long-term pain. Dr. Desai builds a whole-body plan that coordinates therapy, medication, and procedures, and also performs QME/IME evaluations and impairment ratings.

Interventional Pain Management
Image-guided procedures that treat pain at its source, including epidural injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation. Led by a double board-certified interventional pain physician at all five offices.

Neurosurgery & Spine Surgery
When conservative care isn’t enough, a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon offers minimally invasive decompression, cervical and lumbar fusion, and artificial disc replacement. Surgery is recommended only when it is truly needed.

Neurology
Board-certified neurologists diagnose nerve, muscle, and brain conditions, from neuropathy and carpal tunnel syndrome to concussion and traumatic brain injury. EMG and nerve conduction studies are available in Valencia, Tarzana, and Santa Barbara.

Orthobiologics & Regenerative Medicine
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) injections for joint, tendon, and sports injuries, offered for the right candidates. Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is also available at our four Southern California offices.

Our Southern California offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-site parking and care in English and Spanish. Our Sacramento office is open by appointment only (weekend availability offered). EMG/NCS testing is offered in Valencia, Tarzana, and Santa Barbara, and spine surgery consultations in Valencia, Tarzana, Santa Barbara, and Sacramento.

Insurance & payment
We accept PPO plans and Medicare at our Southern California offices. Patients injured in an accident can be treated on a lien basis at any office, and workers' compensation cases are reviewed case by case. Our Sacramento office treats patients on a lien basis only.
